Because the body is already participating in the conversation.
Patterns that run automatically — the flinch, the shutdown, the pulling away — live in the nervous system and tissue, not only in belief Working with the body directly gives access to what stays out of reach through conversation alone.
Feel at Home
in your own Body.
WHY BODYWORK
Our bodies experience everything we move through. Stress, loss, difficult relationships, childhood experiences, overwhelming moments and the demands of everyday life can shape the way we breathe, move, tense, protect and connect.
Sometimes, long after an experience has passed, we can still find ourselves carrying its imprint — as tension, numbness, restlessness, guardedness or emotions that seem difficult to explain.
The soma approach creates space to notice these patterns rather than immediately trying to change them.
Through bodywork, touch, breath, movement and deep presence, we slow things down enough for you to sense what is actually there. We listen to the nervous system, notice where the body contracts or softens, and explore what happens when you meet those sensations with attention rather than judgement.
There is no need to force a release or dig for a particular memory. Sometimes something shifts simply because, for the first time, there is enough safety and space to feel it.
The body becomes the starting point.
Sense. Observe. Meet. Act.
Sense what is present.
Observe it without judgement.
Meet it with curiosity, wonder and compassion.
Then discover whether you can respond from a different place.
Bodywork is not about fixing what is wrong with you.
It is about developing a deeper relationship with your body — learning to recognise its signals, understand its patterns, and create more freedom in how you respond to yourself and the world around you.
What experience are you looking for?
An important part of our lives is intimacy and being touched.
Healing
I offer a space where you can slow down, come out of your head and reconnect with what is happening inside you. Sometimes the body carries things that have never found the right words — stress, overwhelm, old emotions, difficult experiences, shame, fear or pain that has been pushed aside for a long time. Rather than trying to force these experiences away, we create enough safety and awareness to meet them differently. Through bodywork, touch, breath, movement, presence and other embodied practices, we explore what your body is communicating and what may be ready to change. Your body is not something we work around — it is where the work begins.
Letting go
Your body is constantly working towards balance. Yet experiences such as stress, trauma, fear and prolonged tension can leave patterns behind — in the way we breathe, move, protect ourselves and connect with others. Through conscious touch, breath, presence and bodywork, we gently explore areas of tension and protection, bringing awareness to what may have become disconnected or difficult to feel. the intention is to create enough safety for your body to soften at its own pace, allowing you to experience more sensation, choice and connection. .
Lifeforce awakening
We live in a world where it isn't always easy to feel at home in our sensuality. We aren't necessarily taught how to listen to what we want, express our desires, set boundaries, or simply feel comfortable receiving touch. In my sessions, I invite you to explore these parts of yourself in a space that is warm, respectful and free of judgement. We can slow down, listen to your body and discover what feels good, what doesn't, where your boundaries are, and how you want to express yourself. I know personally what it is like to build walls around intimacy. My own journey has taught me that, with the right space and enough trust, those walls can gradually soften. I want to offer you that same opportunity — to feel more at ease in your body, more connected to yourself, and more free to experience intimacy on your own terms.
My commitment to you
I promise to meet you where you are, without judgement or expectation. I will create a space where you can feel safe, seen and fully yourself, while respecting your boundaries and trusting your pace. I will listen deeply, stay present with whatever arises, and bring my full attention, experience and care to our work together. You never have to perform, prove or be anything other than who you are.
Frequently Asked Questions
What actually happens during a session?
A session can easily be 2 – 2.5 hours. You need time to to arrive, be present experience and intergrate.
Once you arrived we start an intake where i ask you questions to get to know more about your desires, boundaries, physical health, and past or present trauma to have a clean space to start the session from.
Do I need any previous experience with bodywork or Tantra?
No. You don’t need any previous experience with bodywork or Tantra. Sessions can be approached at your own pace, and we will establish what feels appropriate for you before and during the session.
Is this therapy?
This work is not presented as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. It is a form of embodied personal development, combining conversation, body awareness, movement, rope and other practices according to what is appropriate for the session.
What if emotions or unexpected sensations arise?
The body can respond in ways we don’t always anticipate. There is space to notice what arises without needing to force, analyse or continue. You remain involved in deciding what happens next, and we can slow down, pause or stop whenever needed.
How do you approach consent and boundaries?
Consent is an ongoing part of the work, not something established only at the beginning. We talk about boundaries and expectations beforehand, and you can change your mind, pause or stop at any point.
Some things to know
These sessions are not designed to be rushed. Allow 2 to 2.5 hours for the experience, and occasionally a little longer when the work calls for it.
There is time to arrive, settle into the space, connect, explore, and come back down afterwards. The session itself is only one part of the process — your body and nervous system also need time to transition before and after the work.
Investment
I offer both individual sessions and ongoing work. A single session can be meaningful, powerful and even cathartic, but deeper exploration often develops over time. Committing to returning allows you to build familiarity, trust and a better understanding of how your body responds.I prefer to work with you over a longer term so that we can gradually explore deeper.
The healing begins with repetition
Shibari / bodywork sessions — €275
Approximately 2.5 hours.
Your investment includes more than the time spent physically in the session. It covers our initial conversation and intake, preparation of the space, the session itself, and the time needed afterwards to close and integrate the experience.
If you’re curious about working together, we can start with a conversation. There is no commitment required — simply an opportunity to see whether the way I work feels right for you.
you don’t need to have it all figured out.
Tell me a little about what brings you here, and we can explore what might be right for you.
