Because your body is already part of the conversation.

Paying close attention to sensations, breath and your body offers a way into what may be difficult to put into words.

Feel at Home
in your own Body.

WHY BODYWORK

We start our life experiencing everything through feeling, touching, tasting and all the senses that give us information about an experience. Growing up Stress, loss, difficult relationships, childhood experiences and everyday pressures can shape how we breathe, move, protect ourselves and connect with our body and others.

Long after an experience has passed, we may still notice tension, numbness, restlessness or a sense of being on guard. Sometimes feelings arise that are difficult to name or understand.

The soma approach offers space to notice these, without pressure to change them straight away.

Through bodywork, consensual touch, breath, movement and attentive presence, we slow down and explore what you can feel or where you can’t. Together, we notice where your body tightens or softens, what feels comfortable and what feels like too much. You’re invited to meet these sensations with curiosity and wonder, at a pace you choose.

There is no need to force a release or search for a particular memory or experience. Sometimes, having space to feel at your own pace allows something to shift. There is no requirement for that to happen it is about allowing yourself to feel what is happening inside yourself and your nervous system.

We begin with the body.

Sense. Observe. Meet. Act.

Sense what is present.
Observe it without judgement.
Meet it with curiosity wonder and compassion.
Explore what response feels right, including pausing or doing nothing.

Bodywork invites a deeper relationship with your body and feeling more of yourself. Through this process, you can learn to recognise the signals, become familiar with your patterns and find more freedom in how you respond to yourself and the world around you.

What experience are you looking for?

An important part of our lives is intimacy and being touched.

Healing

I offer a space to slow down, settle into your body and notice what you feel. You might become aware of tension, discomfort or emotions that are difficult to name. Stress, overwhelm, shame, fear and painful experiences can affect us in ways we struggle to put into words. Together, we make room to explore these experiences with care, respecting your boundaries and following your pace. Through bodywork, consensual touch, breath, movement and attentive presence, we notice what feels comfortable, what needs attention and where change might become possible. Nothing needs to be forced. The work begins with what you feel in your body, here and now.

Letting go

Your body responds to what you live through. Stress, trauma, fear and prolonged tension can shape how you breathe, move, protect yourself and connect with others. Some of these patterns may persist long after the experience has passed. Through consensual touch, breath and attentive bodywork, we explore tension, areas that feel guarded and sensations that may be difficult to notice or stay with. The intention is to support a sense of safety, giving you room to soften at your own pace and explore greater sensation, choice and connection.

Lifeforce awakening

Feeling at home in your sensuality can take time. Many of us have had little space to learn what we want, express desire, set boundaries or receive touch in ways that feel comfortable. In my sessions, I offer a warm, respectful space to explore without judgement. Together, we slow down and notice what feels good, what feels uncertain and what you don’t want. There is room to express your desires, practise naming your boundaries and change your mind. I know from my own life how difficult it can be to let someone come close. Trust, patience and having my boundaries respected have helped me become more open to intimacy. That experience informs the care I bring to our work, as you explore what closeness means to you. **You set the pace. Intimacy takes the shape you choose.**

My commitment to you

I meet you where you are, with care and without judgement. I respect your boundaries and follow your pace, giving you room to share as much or as little as you choose. I listen closely and bring my attention, experience and compassion to whatever comes up in our work together.

You never have to perform, prove yourself or be anyone other than who you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

What actually happens during a session?

A session can easily be 2 – 2.5 hours. You need time to to arrive, be present experience and intergrate.
Once you arrived we start an intake where i ask you questions to get to know more about your desires, boundaries, physical health, and past or present trauma to have a clean space to start the session from.

No. You don’t need any previous experience with bodywork or Tantra. Sessions can be approached at your own pace, and we will establish what feels appropriate for you before and during the session.

This work is not presented as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. It is a form of embodied personal development, combining conversation, body awareness, movement, rope and other practices according to what is appropriate for the session.

The body can respond in ways we don’t always anticipate. There is space to notice what arises without needing to force, analyse or continue. You remain involved in deciding what happens next, and we can slow down, pause or stop whenever needed.

Consent is an ongoing part of the work, not something established only at the beginning. We talk about boundaries and expectations beforehand, and you can change your mind, pause or stop at any point.

Some things to know

These sessions allow time to arrive, settle in and explore at your own pace. Plan for 2 to 2.5 hours, with occasional flexibility to stay a little longer by if needed.

We leave room to connect before the bodywork begins and to rest, reflect and bring the session to a close afterwards.

Sessions and pricing

I offer individual sessions and ongoing work. A single session can offer a meaningful experience. My preference is to work together over time, building the familiarity and trust that can support deeper exploration. Returning gives us space to notice patterns, revisit what matters to you and learn from how each experience unfolds.
