What if true connection starts with feeling safe enough to be yourself?

Sense Your Body offers a space to explore boundaries, choice, connection and desire through direct experience — learning to listen to your body, trust what you feel, and express yourself with greater clarity and freedom.

EMBODIED PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Consent is an invitation to listen to your body before deciding what to do.

What if you could become more deeply connected to your body, clearer about what you feel and want, and more confident in expressing it?

Somatic Consent is an approach I use to help you develop that connection. It starts with something simple: your body is constantly communicating with you. Through sensations, breath, emotions, tension, impulses and subtle signals, it can tell you something about what feels right, what doesn’t, what you need and where your boundaries are.

Together, we slow things down enough to listen.

Consent becomes something you can feel.

For me, consent is much more than saying yes or no. It is about developing the ability to notice your yes, your no, your maybe, your not-yet and your I-don’t-know.

We explore how to communicate these signals — with yourself and with others — with honesty and respect. You remain the expert on your own experience, while I provide the space, guidance and attention to help you explore it.

This can be especially valuable when stress, past experiences, conditioning or protective patterns have made it difficult to know what you actually feel or want.

Coming home to yourself

Somatic Consent can support you in becoming more comfortable with sensation, emotion, boundaries and authentic expression. It can help you build resilience, develop greater emotional awareness and feel more at home in your body and your relationships.

Somatic Consent

Somatic Consent is an invitation to listen to your body before deciding what to do.

So much of our communication happens through the body — often before we have found the words. A tightening in the chest, a change in the breath, leaning towards something, pulling away, wanting more, wanting less. Learning to recognise these signals can change the way we relate to ourselves and to others.

Somatic Consent brings awareness to these subtle responses and gives you space to explore them. Through body awareness, breath, movement, touch, nervous-system education and embodied communication, we practise noticing what is happening, staying curious, and making choices from a more connected place.

At the heart of the work is a simple understanding: you are the expert on your own experience. Your yes matters. Your no matters. And so does everything in between.

This can create more freedom in how you communicate, relate, set boundaries, receive touch and express what you genuinely want. Rather than overriding your body’s signals, we learn to listen to them — and to trust that you have a choice in how you respond.

The principles

Courage
Creating enough safety to explore what you feel, even when it is unfamiliar.

Embodiment
Coming out of the head and into the living experience of the body.

Consent & responsibility
Honouring your own boundaries while respecting the boundaries of others. A yes, a no, and a maybe are all valuable information.

Curiosity
There is nothing you have to get right. We explore, notice and learn from what happens.

Connection
Developing a deeper relationship with yourself so you can meet others with greater clarity, presence and authenticity.

Who is this work for?

This work is for you if you want to feel more connected to yourself — to your body, your emotions, your boundaries and your desires.

Perhaps you spend a lot of time in your head and find it difficult to slow down. Perhaps you notice that stress, old experiences or familiar patterns still influence the way you move through life and relationships. Or perhaps nothing is particularly “wrong”, but you simply feel there is more of yourself you would like to discover.

It is for those who want to explore how they feel, how they relate, how they receive, how they express themselves and how they make choices — with more awareness and freedom.

You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal or a story that needs fixing. You can come because you’re curious.

If you feel called to listen a little more closely to what your body is telling you, this work may be for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What actually happens during a session?

A session can easily be 2 – 2,5 hours. You need time to to arrive, be present experience and intergrate.
Once you arrived we start an intake where i ask you questions to get to know more about your desires, boundaries, physical health, and past or present trauma to have a clean space to start the session from.

No. You don’t need any previous experience with. Sessions can be approached at your own pace, and we will establish what feels appropriate for you before and during the session.

This work is not presented as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. It is a form of embodied personal development, combining conversation, body awareness, movement, rope and other practices according to what is appropriate for the session.

The body can respond in ways we don’t always anticipate. There is space to notice what arises without needing to force, analyse or continue. You remain involved in deciding what happens next, and we can slow down, pause or stop whenever needed.

Consent is an ongoing part of the work, not something established only at the beginning. We talk about boundaries and expectations beforehand, and you can change your mind, pause or stop at any point.

Some things to know

These sessions are not designed to be rushed. Allow 2 to 2.5 hours for the experience, and occasionally a little longer when the work calls for it.

There is time to arrive, settle into the space, connect, explore, and come back down afterwards. The session itself is only one part of the process — your body and nervous system also need time to transition before and after the work.

Investment

I offer both individual sessions and ongoing work. A single session can be meaningful powerful cathartic even, but deeper exploration often develops over time. committing to returning allows you to build familiarity, trust and a better understanding of how your body responds. I prefer to work with you over a longer term so that we can gradually explore deeper.
 The healing begins with repetition

Consent sessions — €275
Approximately 2.5 hours.

Your investment includes more than the time spent physically in the session. It covers our initial conversation and intake, preparation of the space, the session itself, and the time needed afterwards to close and integrate the experience.

If you’re curious about working together, we can start with a conversation. There is no commitment required — simply an opportunity to see whether the way I work feels right for you.
